One of our main purposes is to educate and share learning in methods, evaluation and research. Our work on real world problems that impact on real people gives us unique insights into the importance of action research and real world evaluation. We try to disseminate learning and improve practice through our publications.
Abstract: Optimization of care provision, in the future, requires a shift from the current paternal model of dispensing care, to a collaborative model of coaching, supporting and enabling self-care and promoting independence.
