The goal is to facilitate learning and development that delivers social impact and real outcomes for organisations, people and their families through better utilisation of resources.

Founder

Lisl Klein founded the Bayswater Institute in 1990. Before that she was Senior Social Scientist in the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and Social Sciences Adviser to Esso Petroleum Company.

Lisl was accepted into the Academy of Social Sciences in February 2010.
She passed away peacefully on 11th December, 2015.
