The Bayswater Institute specialises in a number of methods and approaches which are aimed primarily at helping leaders to gain insights into meta areas of concern including: group relations, leadership understanding, how social and technological systems co-operate, insights into the impact of fear on work, assessment from the inside out of complex situations and understanding the undertones in group experience.
Our half day Masterclass modules include:
Double Task – understanding the implicit and the explicit task of groups
BECM – group and perception in terms of assessing Being, Engaging, Contextualising and Managing
Socio Technical Systems – understanding the blend in any organisation
Imagine – analysis and measurement
Mindful stories – gaining insight through fiction
Fear analysis – understanding the weaponization of fear
Each Masterclass would take half a day and the programme would include an opportunity for practice
