Alexander Hebden

Alex is an Administrator Assistant at the Bayswater Institute. He provides administrative assistance to ensure the effective operation of the Institute and supports staff and the CEO in a variety of tasks.


I graduated in 2019 with a BA(hons) degree in Classical Civilization from the University of Warwick. Following this, I also received a grant from the University’s independent research scheme to undertake research on ancient and modern politics and the use of language. 

I have developed my administrative and customer service experience through various roles, including on retail shop floors and within analytical and research based organisations. This experience also enabled me to gain technical insight into the world of marketing and online platforms. To develop my analytical and marketing skills I undertook an online course in Digital Marketing which has helped me to apply my experience to marketing strategy.  

 At the Bayswater Institute, I provide general administrative support to the office, undertake research, assist the CEO in operational matters and liaise with clients and potential clients. I am also responsible for taking minutes at staff meetings, supporting internal staff and reporting research findings to the team. I hope to bring my creativity and knowledge of digital marketing and administrative skills to the Institute to develop our marketing and to provide timely assistance to our clients and the Bayswater team.
