People
The Bayswater Institute exists because of its people. From the trustees to the directors we are all motivated by helping organisations and systems perform better. Often this is with regard to the adoption and incorporation of technology into work practices. However, this is always dependent upon the flexibility and resilience of individual workers. Therefore we are equally focussed on organisational development and the role of the individual in organisational performance. This breadth of interest can be seen in our work which spans the psychodynamic features of the workplace to the sociotechnical understanding of how people and technology come together to form systems. Our flagship Wisdom in Groups residential focuses on individual productivity and growth and our evaluation work is rooted in the complexity of the real world and tools and techniques for making sense of the evidence available.
