Recent publications by Ken Eason
Ken has been working in the National Health Service on the implementation of the National Programme for IT (NPfIT) and has been exploring the sociotechnical systems implications of this programme. His conclusions about how sociotechnical issues can be addressed in the programme are presented in the following.
Ken has prepared a report for the British Computing Society Sociotechnical Group on NPfIT with Malcolm Peltu and Chris Clegg, the Chairman of the Group. The report is available as
